The lightest weight is the mint color weighing at 40 grams which is great to start off with. The next level up is hot pink with a weight of 60 grams. The middle most level is the red weighing at 80 grams. The start of the advanced levels is the purple with a weight of 100 grams and the final and heaviest weight is blue weighing at 120 grams. Each one of these kegel balls include a well sized retrieval cord for easy removal and made up of an easy to clean waterproof silicone.
